Dress Rehearsal - Friday, December 12 - 5:00pm (mandatory attendance)
December 13, Saturday - 2:00 & 7:00pm (arrive at theater at 11:00am, small breaks, finished around 9:30pm)
December 14, Sunday - 1:00 & 5:00pm (arrive at theater 10:00am, small breaks, finished around 7:30pm)

All dancers will be cast to their best advantage. Role assignments will not become permanent until the dancer has been given a chance to try other roles (subject to the Director's decision). Partial casting will be posted a week before rehearsals commence. All understudies are required to learn the role and be present at all rehearsals.
Rehearsals will be scheduled on SATURDAYS and/or SUNDAYS beginning Early October and will continue until the performances. Special rehearsals may be called if the need arises. Typically, rehearsals on Saturdays are reserved for 1st Act Party Scene, Battle Scene and children's variations such as Chinese Dolls, Buffoons and Angels. Sunday rehearsals are typically for adult and teen dancers in 2nd Act Variations and 1st Act Snow scene. However always pay attention to the ongoing rehearsal schedule postings for your planning purposes.
Dancers will be allowed one (1) absence for whatever reason. Inexcusable absences after then will be a cause for replacement of the role.
All dancers, parents/guardians must sign a Contractual Letter of Agreement with the Santa Clara Ballet Company before a participant will be allowed to rehearse.
Everyone is REQUIRED to be at the Dress Rehearsal on Friday, December 13th at 5:00pm at the Santa Clara Convention Center Theater.
Participation fees must be paid before participants may rehearse. No participation fee will be refunded after the dancer has commenced rehearsals.
There will be 3 mandatory parent meetings for all parents/guardians/dancers. They will be held at the Ballet Studio at 3086 El Camino Real or nearby location to be announced and posted.
It is the dancer's/parent's responsibility to check rehearsal schedules and announcements on the Bulletin Board. Updated rehearsal schedules and other announcements may also be available via our Website.
